Parent Portal – Online Tuition Fees Payment Guide
Please follow the steps below to register for the Parent Portal and pay your child’s tuition fees online.
A. Registration and Account Verification
- Visit the school’s official website at www.nis.edu.kw and go to the Online Tuition Fees Payment section.
- Click Register to create a new account.
- Enter the parent’s Civil ID Number in the designated field.
- Create a Username and Password for your account.
- Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password field.
- A verification email will be sent to the email address registered with the school during your child’s enrollment. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Open the email and click the verification link provided by the school to activate your account.
- Once your email address has been verified, a confirmation window will appear displaying your login credentials.
B. Logging In and Making a Payment
- Log in to the Parent Portal using your registered Username and Password.
- Once logged in, you will be able to view the tuition fee statements for all students linked to your account.
- Select the installment you wish to pay. Alternatively, if you wish to make a partial payment, enter the desired amount in the designated field and click Pay.
- Choose one of the available payment methods and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
- Once the payment has been successfully processed, please download or save the payment receipt for your records.
Important Notes
- Please complete the email verification process before attempting to log in to the Parent Portal.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
- Download or keep a copy of your payment receipt for future reference.
- Need help? If the verification email does not arrive, if the email address registered with the school needs to be updated, or if a payment does not complete successfully, please contact the school on (+965) 24376800 or at info@nis.edu.kw.
